Meeting his parents today. (boys or girls)?

So I'm meeting my boyfriends parents tonight and I'm excited and scared at the same time. I've talked to them for like a quick second on skype and stuff and I really didnt know what to say then but hello and how they where. I need some conversation starters and just topics to talk about. I hate awkward moments. I'm a really friendly person as it is I'm just excited and scared lol and I need some advice ??? Oh and how do I greet them should I be like " hi I'm kira its nice to meet you"? or just It's good or nice to meet you ??? (with a handshake )?
