What illness do i have.. these are my symptoms?

i have had tht..its near gone now, its probably just a chest infection..it could be viral or bacterial..if its viral you wont need antibiotics but if its bacterial you will, but you wont know till u go to the docs, so phone one up..or go to a chemist and see what they can do.
