Why does my hunger go on OVERDRIVE whenever I try to curb my eating habits?

When your body sences that, the amount of fat has decreased, it realeases a hormone, that increases your appitite, this it half the reason its so hard to stay on a diet, before every meal eat a fruit or vegtable frist, cause they make you feel full, and then you easy less of your meal, and wont feel as hungry. also chew gum that helps sometime, and drinking lots of water will help.
