Adhesive for outdoor use?

What's the best adhesive for outdoor use that will dry clear to use on gl. We live in the Chicago area and this gl garden decoration that we're putting together would stay out in the garden during spring, summer and fall only. We do get a good amount of rain through all three seasons so the adhesive we're looking for would have to stand to the elements. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!
