Mixed Signals Making It Confusing?

I really like this girl and i think she likes me too but lately she's confusing me. b4 spring break we went on 1 date and it was very good and she gave me choc strawberries the day after. i gave her flowers the day b4 spring break and she absolutely loved them. everything was going great. since we got back from spring break its like 1 day it seems like she likes me and another she doesnt. like last thursday we were laughin and teasing and talkin and i caught her watchin me walk away as she was walkin up her stairs. when i was leaving on saturday she was twirling her hair around her finger and smiled at me when she said bye. but on wenesday we barely talked, saturday i asked her on a date for wenesday which was really far in advance and she said maybe since she didnt know what was coming up(in terms of school) and then on monday she was kinda bitchy. So today I decided to try an experiment in a cl that my crush is in. instead of sitting next to her like i had for every cl since i met her i sat near the back so she couldnt see me before she got to cl. as we waited for cl to start everytime the door opened her head turned to look toward the door. i always sit to the right of her and their is a clock on my side above the door and I noticed that she looked in the direction of the clock alot less when i wasnt there. I also noticed that she was leaning away from the seat in which i usually sit in but when im sitting next to her she is usually leaning into the seat and we bump elbows or are shoulders brush against eachothers. lastly she plays with her hair alot when im with her whether we are in cl or doing something else and today she barely played with her hair at all. What do you guys think?
