Ok last one, same theme as last night!!?

Cannibal has a serious fall out with his mate...so he eats him...next day he comes out in a serious rash all over his body...so he goes to the local witch doctor and tells him the story.. he throws a couple of bones in the air and says do you have anything of him left over..he says yes...ok go home and cook whats left and then chew it spit it in a bowl and rub it on the sores...the cannibal does this and after a few days the rash clears up...he goes back to the witch doctor and says that worked a treat what is it called...doctor says it was pal-o-mine lotion........
