Professional orchestras?

Ok, I'm a 13 year old cellist and i want to be in the Central Ohio Symphony. It's a local symphony, not huge. I've competed four times, getting superiors and one commendation. I'm first chair in Columbus Chamber Strings right now, and i've played for about 4.5 years. Do you think i'd get in a local orchestra, after college for Cello Performance and Education?
