Switching from PC to MAC drawbacks?

Everything is dumbed down. When you click the red X the program doesn't really close. The controls are on the opposite side of the screen. None of the shortcut keys you know will work. There is no print screen key. You will have to manually set up right clicking. Their mouses don't feel comfortable.
