What else can we have for dinner?

Run your frozen meat under the faucet in warm water to separate it into pieces. Then microwave the meat. You can use the defrost setting, but that will take longer. If you put it on high, it will be faster but just make sure it doesnt start to cook is all. Also, If you put it in a pot of water to boil you can drop it in frozen and it won't take very long to cook through. I have dropped food on the floor; I don't know about a dinner I had just cooked though. Good Luck!
