What is it like to live in Boulder, CO?

I'm planning on moving to Boulder in the spring and wanted to know if anyone else has relocated there. I've lived in NYC my entire life and am looking to re-locate permanently. How do you feel about Boulder, pros, cons, etc. What are the people who live there like? Are the CU students a nuisance or do they integrate well into the community? Thanks
