Cost to convert my carport into a garage?

The carport is attached to the house, is structurally sound, has a roof, has a ceiling, already has electricity and a concrete slab. The dimensions are roughly 21.5 ft wide by 17 ft long (deep). I have intermediate skill in framing, drywall and insulation. I plan to do all of that myself and have estimated material costs (for two sides of the carport) at about $1000. My plan is to contract the garage door side for a professional. So my question - how much would it cost for a professional to completely frame the front side of the carport and install two electric garage doors?
