Why is it so hard to believe Obama is a Muslim - There is no concrete evidence supporting it, but I have my?

suspicions. I mean, It wouldn't come as a surprise to me if he was. And No I have nothing against Muslims - but the thing is - if he's lying about it - why would he lie? To win Presidency of Course - but going as far as spending 20 years in Rev. Wrights church, if he was a Muslim, it would just too spooky. But why is it so hard to believe that Obama could be a Muslim who only confessed Christianity to obtain public office? I'm not a crazed Conservative who hates him - I voted for him, but now that I look back, there are so many unanswered questions.
